Pricing questions

What's the difference between plans?

Only two things: how many devices you can use simultaneously, and how long the plan lasts. Everything else — channels, VOD, VPN, all of it — is identical.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Contact support and we'll upgrade you, prorating the difference against your remaining time.

Why is the annual plan a better deal?

You pay upfront, we don't have to chase monthly billing, you save anywhere from 30-45% compared to paying monthly for the same period.

Is there a refund policy?

If something genuinely doesn't work, yes. Within 7 days of purchase, contact support for a full refund.
